Our studios offer several styles of yoga. Whether you are looking for stress reduction, strength and flexibility, or a more calm and balanced mind, we understand that different students have different needs. We do our best to offer multiple styles and classes with a diverse group of teachers. Our wish is to support self-understanding benefiting individuals and communities as a whole.

By focusing on details and precise movements you will clear your mind of built up stresses and gain peace and mental clarity. Different props are used to support you in order to experience the pose in the most refined and aligned manner. Each class has a special focus, such as hip opening or back bends. Each class ends with a deep relaxation on the back to enable the body and mind to become calm and relaxed.
